Now that there has been the launch of iOS 8.3 there are a lot of iPhone and iPad users that are looking for the iOS 8.3 jailbreak. But at the same time it is also necessary to mention that jailbreak developers may wait until the iOS 8.4 version is released and also an iOS jailbreak has been achieved.

It has been stated by the famous jailbreak developer Stefan Esser that the video on YouTube which depicts a working jailbreak running on the iOS 8.4 beta 1 is just a mere proof of the concept. The developers prefer to delay the launch of jailbreak 8.4 until the iOS 8.4 is released.

The present version of the jailbreak for iOS is 8.3 and it is being feared by the developers that if a new version of jailbreak is released, Apple will be able to create a security patch that will cause the jailbreak to become useless.

Improvements of Jailbreak for iOS 8.3 and iOS 8.4

The video of jailbreak iOS 8.4 is just a concept that has been launched, but at the same time it has been made very clear that the new version will not be delivered to the public very soon.

The previous version that was launched by Apple which was iOS 8.3 comprised of a lot of bug fixes, new emoticons, iCloud photo gallery and also wireless Carplay support. As it is a fact that the iOS 8.4 will launched within a very short period of time, the developers are of the opinion that the jailbreak version 8.4 may wait for some time.

Possible security vulnerability

In this scenario an instance may be taken which depicts that with the release of iOS 8.1.3, a patch of iOS jailbreak was developed to make it useless. This patch was carried over to the iOS 8.3. On a support page, it has been stated by Apple that the TAiG jailbreak that has been launched has a huge security vulnerability.

The patch has seemed to work for iOS 8.3 also, this is the reason the developers do not want to launch the jailbreak 8.4 only to have a patch that will make it useless. This only meant that the jailbreak 8.4 would only work for a couple of months.

According to the present scenario, if the developers consider waiting for a long period before the launch of jailbreak 8.4, then it will be a good decision to make. Because then, the jailbreak 8.4 will last for a much longer period as it is the last update that will be done before the launch of iOS 9.
